After two very successful weeks of rookie try-outs the Essex Spartans returned to full training this week with a healthy squad of new and old faces.

Pre-season training will continue to be held every Sunday at Gloucester Park, Basildon until further notice and will start at 11am sharp.

New players are always made very welcome, please contact the Head Coach or Manager for further information.
