After two very successful weeks of rookie try-outs the Essex Spartans returned to full training this week with a healthy squad of new and old faces.

Spartans tryouts will be held on Sunday 6th and 13th of January at Gloucester Park, Basildon. Player registration will begin at 9.45am in the car park and trials will start at 10am sharp.
