This Sunday the Spartans are on the road again, this time travelling to Canterbury to take on the East Kent Mavericks.

The Mavericks will be in confident mood after dispatching the Maidstone Pumas last weekend to take their record for the season to 2-1-0.

The Spartans performance last weekend against Divisional favourites London Cobras could be the turning point in their season. If they can carry over the team spirit and positive attitude into the rest of the season then the first win can't be far away.

Spartans should get to the Mavericks home field (map and directions) for a 1pm start - remember, this fixture kicks-off at 4pm.
